Crimp Cloth by Chelle.
Chelle gave a very informative program on how and what you need to do to make crimped (textured) cloth. She brought many examples of the good and the bad so we could see the difference. Then you can make different articles of clothing.  You add polyester or nylon threads in the warp or the weft that you will pull later before the material is processed.
